All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases made through SSS VenuePass are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or scheduling conflicts
- Inability to attend the event
- Inclement weather (unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizer)
- Dissatisfaction with the event, performers, or venue
- Failure to read event details, including date, time, or venue information
- Technical issues on the patron’s end (e.g., inability to display digital ticket)
Event Cancellations
In the rare event that an event is officially cancelled by the organizer and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. SSS VenuePass will notify affected ticket holders via the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Event Postponements or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued for rescheduled events. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may transfer your ticket to another person using the ticket transfer feature in your account.
Service Fees
A non-refundable service fee is applied to each transaction at the time of purchase. This fee covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and transaction costs. Service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including event cancellation.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual through the SSS VenuePass platform. Transferred tickets remain subject to all original terms and conditions. SSS VenuePass is not responsible for any private resale transactions conducted outside the platform.
Denied Entry
No refund will be issued if a patron is denied entry or ejected from the venue for violating venue policies, including but not limited to disruptive behavior, intoxication, possession of prohibited items, or failure to comply with staff instructions.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid ticket purchase is a violation of these terms. SSS VenuePass reserves the right to contest all chargebacks and may ban the associated account from future purchases. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
