Welcome to SSS VenuePass. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SSS VenuePass website, mobile applications, and ticketing services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase tickets through the Platform. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Account Registration
To purchase tickets, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
3. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon successful payment processing. Ticket prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and include applicable service fees. SSS VenuePass reserves the right to modify pricing at any time prior to purchase completion.
4. No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued except as described in our No-Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy in its entirety.
5. Event Admission
A valid ticket is required for admission to any event. Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, time, and seat indicated at the time of purchase. SSS VenuePass and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any patron who:
- Presents an invalid, duplicated, or fraudulent ticket
- Violates venue policies or codes of conduct
- Engages in disruptive, threatening, or unlawful behavior
- Is visibly intoxicated or under the influence of controlled substances
- Possesses prohibited items (weapons, outside food/beverages where restricted, recording equipment where prohibited)
No refund will be issued for denied entry or ejection due to policy violations.
6. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another individual through the Platform’s built-in transfer feature. Transferred tickets are subject to all original terms and conditions. SSS VenuePass is not responsible for tickets sold or transferred through unauthorized third-party platforms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of SSS VenuePass or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described therein. Personal information collected during ticket purchases (name, email, phone) is used solely for order fulfillment, event communication, and customer service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSS VenuePass, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or attendance at any event. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific ticket(s) giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SSS VenuePass, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Modifications to Terms
SSS VenuePass reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Texas.
