• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds, exchanges and cancellations are not issued as of right — not for scheduling conflicts, weather, or change of mind. A refund may be granted only in limited circumstances and only with the event organizer’s approval, which may be withheld. If we cancel an event, you are refunded in full automatically.
• Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time printed on the ticket. They cannot be applied to other events or dates.
• SSS VenuePass and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any patron who violates venue policies, without refund.
• Your total includes a platform service fee and a service fee, both non-refundable, which cover transaction processing and platform costs.
• Your total also includes Arizona transaction privilege tax (State, Maricopa County and City of Phoenix). Tax is refunded with any refunded ticket, as it is collected on your behalf and not retained by us.
• By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
